Set Up Begins For Second Basin Barbeque In Odessa

ODESSA -- The smell of barbeque will be filling the air in downtown Odessa during the second annual Basin BBQ Blowout on November 15th.
West Texas businesses and cooking teams were setting up for the event at East 5th Street and North Jackson Avenue on Wednesday.
The teams will be competing for the title of best barbeque in the Permian Basin in four different entry categories: Brisket, Ribs, Chicken and Other.
Big 2's Shelby Levins will be serving as a guest judge.
The event is hosted by the Odessa Chamber of Commerce.
Gates open to the public at 5 PM on November 14th.
