Boy Hit By Vehicle And Injured In Midland

MIDLAND -- A boy is hit by a vehicle in Midland.
The incident happened in the 2800 block of Franklin Street around 3:30 PM Thursday.
Witnesses tell Big 2 that a boy was playing in the street when a vehicle ran into him.
The boy was rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident remained under investigation Thursday evening.
As of 8:30 PM Thursday, it remained unclear if the driver of the vehicle that hit the boy would face any charges.
