MIDLAND -- A fire breaks out in a Midland home.

The flames sparked in a closet in the laundry room of an elderly couple's home in the 3200 block of West Golf Course Road around 4 PM Thursday.

Midland fire officials haven't said how badly the home was damaged.

The cause of the blaze was still under investigation Thursday evening.
