ODESSA -- Odessa Police are looking for man who snatched a purse from a woman in an Odessa Parking lot.

Odessa Police say that a 67-year-old woman was walking to her vehicle in the Walmart parking lot at 2450 North West Loop 338 around 11:15 AM Tuesday when a tan-colored pickup truck slowly approached her.

The driver of the pickup truck -- which is possibly a Chevy Silverado -- reached out the window and grabbed the woman's purse from her shoulder.

The driver then sped away from the scene.

The victim wasn't injured in the snatching

Odessa Police say the robber is a man with a thin build who might be Hispanic.

Officers say that a Hispanic woman with red highlights in her hair was also riding inside the pickup truck.

The pickup truck reportedly had a lot of tools and equipment in its bed.

Anyone with information on this purse snatching should call Odessa Police at (432) 333-3641.
