Miss Cayce's Christmas Store To Raffle Off Christmas Tree To Benefit Non-Profits

MIDLAND -- With Thanksgiving over, many people are now putting up their Christmas trees.
Miss Cayce's Christmas Store in Midland is raffling off a fully decorated Christmas tree worth $5,000.
The 7.5' tree -- which is trimmed with beautiful Christopher Radko ornaments -- has been donated by Miss Cayce's for charity.
Raffle tickets to land the tree are $10 apiece -- with all the proceeds directly benefiting 8 West Texas non-profit organizations.
"These ornaments all have money that's donated to the national organizations," Miss Cayce's Christmas Store co-owner Becky McCraney told Big 2. "But this is a way for us to involve lots of local agencies -- and there is 8 total involved."
Those 8 non-profit organizations are:
The Alzheimer's Association
The American Diabetes Association
The Bynum School
Gifts of Hope-Midland & Odessa
Keep Midland Beautiful
Lee High School A.F.J.R.O.T.C. Booster Club
The Midland/Odessa Area AIDS Support
The Odessa Humane Society
Each non-profit will being selling tickets for the tree -- and they will keep 100 percent of the proceeds raised by their organization.
The winner of the drawing for the tree raffle will be announced on Wednesday, December 5th on Good Morning West Texas on KMID Big 2.
