The company that makes Twinkies, Ho-Ho's and Wonderbread is a bust.

A federal bankruptcy judge finalized the liquidation of Hostess Brands, the company that makes the iconic baked goods.

As part of the judgment, senior executives involved in winding down the company will receive bonuses ranging from $7400 to more than $130,000.

The bonuses are contingent on the executives hitting certain benchmarks in managing the liquidation.

Union reps had opposed the 1.75 million-dollar plan.
