Texas Department of Public Safety troopers tell Big 2 that an employee of Texas Bearing Company (T.B.C.) was driving a 2005 Ford F-150 pickup truck and Big Tex trailer westbound in the inside lane of Interstate 20 near Penwell around 11 AM Wednesday.
Another vehicle reportedly passed the pickup truck on the right, cut in front of the truck and hit the brakes.
The pickup truck driver tried to swerve to avoid a collision, but the vehicle ended up hitting the guardrail and rolling into the center median of the highway.
Luckily, no one was hurt in the crash.
However, TXDOT crews had to block one westbound lane of the Interstate 20 in the area as crews cleaned everything up.
The Big Tex trailer was reportedly hauling a load of work materials.
Troopers say no one will get at ticket for the crash.
