4 Workers Seriously Burned In Reeves County Oilfield Accident

REEVES COUNTY -- Four oilfield workers are seriously burned in a rig accident in Reeves County.
Reeves County Sheriff's deputies tell Big 2 that four workers were burned near the Eagle Gas Rig 1, Hornet State #26 -- which is located about 3 miles southeast of Pecos on F.M. 1450.
The injured workers suffered second and third degree burns.
Three of the injured workers were flown by an airplane to Reeves County Memorial Hospital in Pecos, while the fourth worker was airlifted by helicopter to another West Texas hospital.
The names of the injured workers have not yet been released, and the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
