Bitterly Cold Overnight, With High Winds And Snow 12-9-12

We've been falling steadily ever since, and we will keep falling through the night.
Across the area, low temps will be in the 20's, with only a few areas above 30 (Pecos, Big Bend NP, Sanderson and Presidio).
Winds will be out of the NE at 15-20 mph, with gusts approaching 40 mph.
With that in mind, wind chill temps will be in the teens across the area.
In the Guadalupe/Davis mountains, wind chills will be below 10 degrees. (A prime example is on Mt. Locke where the wind chill is expected to be around 1).
The other problem is snow moving in from the Northwest.
It's very dry out there, but we could see a dusting across Seminole, Gaines and Martin counties, with half an inch possible Carlsbad and surrounding areas.
Beyond that, we'll be colder tomorrow with highs not expected to escape the 40's across much of the Permian Basin.
After that, a bit of a warming trend moves in with highs expected to reach the upper 50's by Wednesday, lower 60's by Thursday and upper 60's Friday, ahead of another cool down into the lower 60's for the weekend.
