For starters, Ector County Sheriff Mark Donaldson took the witness stand to describe his encounter during the stand-off.
Apparently, White was communicating with Donaldson over the police scanner that was abandoned on the property when white started shooting.
Prosecutors played the recorded scanner conversation, and we could hear White taunting Sheriff Donaldson.
White said things like, "I don't mind dying, and I want you to understand that."
He also kept urging Sheriff Donaldson to make him a martyr.
We also heard from Sergeant Steven McNeil.
He's the officer who was shot in the head while trying to rescue another fallen officer from White's property.
McNeil got emotional on the stand as he described his experience on September 17, 2010.
He says he was on the ground when White shot him in the forehead.
McNeil said he immediately lost vision in his right eye, and was certain that White was trying to kill him.
The prosecution also showed footage of White that was taken from one of the DPS helicopters during the stand-off.
In the video DPS troopers say you can see White aiming, and shooting hundreds of rounds at the helicopter.
Wednesday's proceedings lasted until 5 o'clock PM, and then will pick back up on Thursday at 9 AM.
