With time running out to negotiate, Speaker of the House John Boehner headed back to the White House Monday to move fiscal cliff talks along.

Congressman Boehner sat down with President Obama, conceding to some of the president's proposal.

Boehner is now agreeing to higher tax rates on the wealthiest Americans and an automatic extension of the federal debt limit.

This is the third time in eight days Congressman Boehner and President Obama have met face-to-face to work out a deal.

While today's meeting indicates a possible breakthrough, Boehner's office said there's no deal yet, but the lines of communication are open.

The GOP still wants see reform to entitlement programs like Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
