Porch Fire Affects Midland Family on Christmas Day

MIDLAND---A Midland family home up in flames on Christmas day. 

It happened at around 3:35 pm at 2100 North Eisenhower Drive in Midland. 

Residents reportedly spilled coal on their patio carpet and it eventually caught fire. 

The residents put their fire out on their own, but the Midland Fire Department still came by to make sure all the flames were out. 

No injuries were reported.
