She was last seen January 3rd, 2013 around 12:25 p.m in Crosbyton.
Leah is Hispanic and has brown hair and brown eyes.
She's 2' 5" tall and just 30 pounds.
The suspect is identified as "Miguel" with brown hair and brown eyes.
"Miguel" was driving a red Ford Focus.
