ODESSA -- A Dallas man is killed in a wreck on wet roads near Odessa.

The fatal crash happened at 4 PM Wednesday at East Loop 338 and 87th Street.

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers tell Big 2 that a 2008 Dodge Ram was heading south on Loop 338 when the truck skidded into the northbound lane.

The Ram collided with an oncoming 2001 Ford F-150, which was heading north on East Loop 338.

The impact from the collision sent the F-150 backwards into a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche that was also heading north on East Loop 338.

The driver of the Ford F-150 -- Juan Garcia of Dallas -- was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:19 PM Wednesday.

Troopers say Garcia, 51, was wearing his seat belt.

A passenger in the Ford F-150 -- Jeus Garcia of Dallas -- was rushed to Medical Center Hospital after the crash.

The driver of the Dodge Ram -- Kevin Westbrook of Midland -- and the driver of the Chevrolet Avalanche -- Corey Stovall of Lubbock, were also rushed to Medical Center Hospital after the crash.

Jesus Garcia, Westbrook and Stovall, 43, were all listed in stable condition at M.C.H. Wednesday evening.

Troopers say that Jesus Garcia, Westbrook and Stovall were all wearing their seat belts.

No one will get a citation for the accident, which occurred on slick roadways.
