Pipeline Construction Leads To Frustration In West Odessa

WEST ODESSA -- Water pipeline construction efforts are leading to some frustration in West Odessa.

Some Big 2 viewers have commented on the KMID Big 2 Facebook page that a portion of Damascus Road near University Boulevard has been torn up by crews installing a pipeline for the Colorado River Municipal Water District.

The roadway reportedly has not been adequately repaired during the construction process.

Once complete, the pipeline will connect water well fields west of Ector County to Odessa.

C.R.M.W.D. officials haven't told Big 2 when work along Damascus Road might be finished.
