Odessa Police Identify Man Found Dead In Parking Lot

ODESSA -- Police have identified a man found dead in an Odessa parking lot this weekend.

   Odessa firefighters found the body sitting inside a vehicle in a parking lot in the 400 block of East Murphy Street around 4:35 PM on January 12th.

   Odessa Police identified the victim as 61-year-old Juan Barrientes, Jr.

   Now, Barrientes' body has been sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.

   The autopsy will help determine the cause of Barrientes' death.
