Ector County Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Relative

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is accused of sexually assaulting his sister-in-law.

    Jose Roberto Renteria Garcia was arrested on January 11th.

    Ector County Sheriff's deputies say that Renteria Garcia, 26, sexually assaulted his sister-in-law at a home in the 9800 block of South Grissom Avenue on January 5th.

    The victim later reported the incident to deputies.

    Now, Renteria Garcia is charged with sexual assault.

    As of Tuesday evening, Renteria Garcia was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center on $50,000 bond.
