2 Injured In Pickup Truck Crash Southeast Of Midland

MIDLAND -- Two people are injured in a crash southeast of Midland.

    The crash happened in the 3900 block of East TX 158 around 4:30 PM Wednesday.

    Texas Department of Public Safety troopers tell Big 2 that a white pickup truck was heading west on TX 158 when a black pickup truck that was heading eastbound tried to make a left turn in front of it.

    As the black pickup truck turned across the westbound lanes, the two pickup trucks collided.

    Two people in the white pickup truck were taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the crash.

    The driver of the black pickup truck wasn't injured.

    The driver of the black pickup truck got a ticket for failure to yield.
