Autopsy Results Released In Death Of Young Crosbyton Child

The report says baby Leah died from blunt for trauma. Her death has been ruled a homicide.
Although police and the medical examiner have preliminarily identified the body as that of Aguirre, the autopsy says the positive identity of the victim is still pending.
Her body was found inside the basement of her caretaker's house, Matilda Almarez.
Police arrested and charged Almarez with Capital Murder.
Before her body was found, a nationwide Amber Alert was in effect.
