Diesel Spill Causes Road Closures In East Midland

MIDLAND -- A diesel spill caused a slippery situation in Midland on Wednesday evening.
Midland Police tell Big 2 that a fracking truck malfunctioned while it was driving on Fairgrounds Road around 7:45 PM Wednesday.
A hose on the truck leaked diesel along the road from Loop 250 to Wadley Avenue.
Police had to close parts of Fairgrounds Road and the west ramp onto Loop 250 as they worked to clean up the spill.
Luckily, no one was injured in the spill.
