Teen Found Dead In West Odessa Pasture Identified

FORT WORTH -- A teen who was found dead in a West Odessa pasture late last week has been identified.

    The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the teen as that of 19-year-old Timothy Ryan Soto.

    Soto's next-of-kin has been notified.

    The Ector County Medical Examiner's Office sent Soto's body to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office in Fort Worth over the weekend

    Soto's body will undergo a full autopsy and an examination by a forensic anthropologist in Tarrant County.

    Soto's body was found in a vehicle that was in a pasture near Interstate 20 and South Westcliff Road on January 25th.

    Medical examiners are still trying to figure out the exact cause of Soto's death.
