REEVES COUNTY -- At least one person is killed in a crash near the Texas-New Mexico state line.

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers tell Big 2 that the crash happened near the intersection of U.S. 285 and Reeves County Road 452 around 12:20 PM Monday.

The crash site is only a few miles south of where U.S. 285 crosses into New Mexico.

Troopers say that at least one person died in the crash.

Dispatchers also believe that someone else might have been pinned in a vehicle that was involved in the crash.

As of 3:30 PM Monday, no other details on the crash -- including the identity of the person killed -- were being released.
