Baby boomers are living longer than their parents.

But a new study published in the current issue of JAMA Internal Medicine finds they're not necessarily as healthy.

And they're more likely to suffer from chronic disease.

The new research finds those born between 1945 and 1964 are more likely to suffer from obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol compared to their parents.

They're also more likely to drink ...and less likely to exercise.

But the good news is they're less likely to smoke and they suffer fewer heart attacks than their folks did.
