REAGAN COUNTY -- A 1940's-era airplane crashes in Reagan County.

Federal Aviation Administration officials tell Big 2 that a North American SNJ-4 (which is a World War II Warbird) lost oil pressure while it was flying near F.M. 1357 and F.M. 33 in northern Reagan County around 1 PM Friday.

The pilot tried to land on a road, but the plane went down before they could make it there.

The single engine, fixed wing aircraft eventually came to rest in a pasture.

Texas Department of Public Safety officials tell Big 2 that no injuries were reported in the crash.

The F.A.A. will now investigate the incident.
