MIDLAND -- A Midland County man is accused of shooting at another man in a trailer park.

Michael Dominguez was arrested on February 16th.

Midland County Sheriff's deputies say Dominguez, 24, went to a trailer park along East County Road 136 around 3:30 AM on February 16th and threatened to kill someone at the home.

Dominguez reportedly fired a shot at someone inside a home.

Dominguez also reportedly fired several other shots outside the home.

No one was injured in the shooting.

Deputies reportedly saw Dominguez with the raised shotgun when they got to the scene, and they demanded that he lower the weapon.

When Dominguez refused, deputies reportedly knocked the weapon from his hands and arrested him.

Now, Dominguez is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and terroristic threats.

As of Wednesday evening, Dominguez was being held in the Midland County Detention Center on $152,500 bond.
