Robber Cleans Out Registers At T.C.B.Y. In Midland

MIDLAND -- Midland Police are looking for a man who robbed a frozen yogurt shop.

    Police say that a man went into the T.C.B.Y. at 5115 West Wadley Avenue on the evening of February 21st and waited until the clerk finished taking care of customers in the drive through line.

    The man then asked to buy a Coca-Cola.

    However, when the cashier opened the register, the man demanded money from the front register, drive-thru register and office.

    Surveillance video also shows that the man  helped himself to some of the money as the clerk went to get money from the office.

    Police say that the robber is a heavy-set Hispanic man who's in his 30's.
   
    Officers say that the robber is between 6' tall and 6'2" tall, and he weighs 250 to 275 pounds.

    The robber was reportedly wearing a dark blue hooded jacket, a black beanie, light-colored jeans and white tennis shoes.
