Damaged Ward County Overpass Reopens After Oversized Load Crash

WARD COUNTY -- An overpass that was damaged by an oversized load has reopened to traffic.
TXDOT officials reopened the overpass at mile marker 53 of Interstate 20 in Ward County on Monday.
The overpass sustained damage when a truck with an oversized load hit it around 4:30 PM on February 22nd.
Crews had to close both westbound lanes of Interstate 20 in the area for several hours as they worked to clean up the wreck.
