Odessa Man Accused Of Head-Butting Son During Argument

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is accused of head-butting his son during an argument.

    Tony Nutter was arrested on February 27th.

    Odessa Police say Nutter, 46, head-butted his 14-year-old son during an argument at his home in the 8600 block of Yale Avenue around 8 PM on February 26th.

    Now, Nutter is charged with a first degree felony for injury to a child and a third degree felony for injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury.

    As of Thursday evening, Nutter was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center on $15,000 bond.
