Austin Man Accused Of Driving Through Brewster County With Hydroponic Marijuana

BREWSTER COUNTY -- An Austin man is accused of running marijuana through Brewster County.

    John Dunn was arrested on March 1st.

    Brewster County Sheriff's deputies say that they pulled over Dunn's vehicle for a traffic stop around 11:50 PM on March 1st..

    Deputies reportedly found 1/4 pound of hydroponic marijuana in a plastic bag in the vehicle.

    Hydroponic marijuana reportedly has a higher T.H.C. content than other grades of marijuana.

    Deputies say that Dunn was traveling from Austin to Alpine to visit a relative at Sul Ross State University when he was pulled over.

    As of Monday evening, Dunn was held in the Brewster County Jail.
