Carlsbad (NM) Police Looking For Man Who Robbed Denny's At Gunpoint

CARLSBAD, NM -- Carlsbad (NM) Police are looking for a man robbed a Denny's at gunpoint.

    Police say that a partially-masked Hispanic man went into the Denny's at 810 West Pierce Street around 12:20 AM on March 5th.

    The man reportedly pointed a semiautomatic handgun at a waitress and demanded money.

    The waitress reportedly handed over an undisclosed amount of money.

    The robber then reportedly took off in a 4-door car with tinted windows.

    Police say the robber is about 5'6" tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
   
    The man reportedly has short black hair, no facial hair and no visible tattoos.
   
    The robber was reportedly wearing blue jeans, a blue t-shirt and white tennis shoes at the time of the robbery.

    Anyone with information on this robbery should call Carlsbad Police at (575) 885-2111.
