J.B.S. Parkway To Undergo Major Facelift In Odessa

ODESSA -- A major road construction project is causing some headaches in Odessa.
Construction crews began working on J.B.S. Parkway between East University Boulevard and East 42nd Street.
Workers will replace and reconstruct the sidewalks and curbs along J.B.S Parkway until May.
The project will make curbs and sidewalks A.D.A. compliant.
Between June and October, work crews will be tearing up and replacing asphalt along J.B.S. Parkway.
There will be land closures along J.B.S. Parkway during the second phase of the project.
