United Plane Makes Precautionary Landing In Midland

MIDLAND -- A commercial airplane made an unscheduled landing at Midland International Airport on Monday.

    Midland International Airport officials tell Big 2 that an United airplane had an unspecified issue while it was in the air, and it made a precautionary landing at Midland International Airport around 8 AM Monday.

    Another airplane was sent to Midland to allow passengers on the grounded aircraft to continue their journey.

    Passengers were transferred to that second plane once it arrived in Midland.

    No injuries were reported in the incident.
