ECTOR COUNTY -- An Odessa woman is viciously attacked by several dogs along an Ector County street.

Odessa Animal Control officials say that 4 pit bulls mauled Anna Marie Salcido while she was walking in the 3700 block of West 10th Street around 2 PM on March 11th.

Salcido, 54, suffered numerous injuries throughout her body during the attack.

Salcido underwent surgery at Medical Center Hospital after the attack.

Odessa Animal Control impounded and quarantined the pit bulls who attacked Salcido.

The owner of the dogs -- 17-year-old Joshua Moore -- got several citations for having dogs at large without licenses or rabies vaccines.

A second man -- 41-year-old Maurice Henderson -- was also cited for interfering with a humane officer.
