MIDLAND --   A strange fight inside an apartment ends with a man behind bars.

Police say that Jose Luis Acosta got into a fight with a woman at a Midland bar.  Later on, he went to her apartment on North Fairgrounds and ran inside before she could stop him.  Then he allegedly locked himself in an inside room.

Police say that the woman confronted him, and that's when he began to fight her, hitting her head and pulling at her hair.  Eventually a friend hit Acosta in the head with a bottle, and he was thrown out of the apartment.

Police arrested him a short time later.
