Salcido Arrested a Third Time

ODESSA -- A former employee of the West Texas Roughnecks was back behind bars Tuesday.

Ernie Salcido was arrested on three new charges if improper photography and visual recording, meaning he's facing six counts altogether.

This is all based on tapes he's accused of making in the bathroom of Allegiance Pro Sports.

These new charges are seperate people.

Salcido turned himself in the morning and posted bond later the same day.

The Roughnecks fired him earlier this year after the first charges came to light.
