YMCA's Summer Camp in Midland Has a New Twist

field trips, and swimming,” said Alex Wall, a 5th grader who attends
the camp.

combat, and I like body pump," said Drake Breeding, a 6th grader at
the camp.
Alisha Owen’s son has gone to the camp for a couple of years.
Owen said she brings her son to the YMCA because its family oriented and she likes
that he can exercise by playing sports.
"Football, basketball, flag football," she said.
Kids
also do arts and crafts, go to music class, and participate in show and tell.
The camp is for children between the ages of 4-12. It runs Monday-Friday
