When you think about out door food vendors, New York City comes to mind, but not any more.

Starting Monday, you can now grab a quick bit to eat outside in downtown Midland. Thanks to a new city ordinance, Centennial Plaza will be the place for food vendors to line up for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vendors can set up from 7 in the morning until 10 at night, Monday through Saturday. This new downtown attraction starts Monday.

Vendors interested in setting up shop in downtown need the proper food license and permit. Contact the city at 432.689.7100 for more information.
