A man is behind bars for his role in an accident that left two people dead. He's in jail tonight. Justin Paul Pruett was arrested yesterday, charged with intoxication manslaughter. He's being held on 50,000 bond. DPS troopers say he was driving his truck down Hwy 80 Monday night, when he tried to make a turn. That’s when he apparently slammed head on into another truck in the crossover.Marina Robles and Joe Ramon, both from Midland, were in that other car, and died in the crash.
