Former Non-Profit Official Facing Charges

A former non-profit official - who was in hot water on charges of fraud and identity theft  -- is free on $10,000 bond.

Former Executive Director of Camp Fire USA, Michael Woodson Burney was indicted on 6 separate charges after allegedly taking more than $300,000 from the groups bank accounts through fraud.

If convicted for each charge, Burney faces up to 30 years in prison, 3 years of supervised release and a possible $1 million fine.
