MIDLAND -- Midland Police have arrested a man who they accused of running a home sales scam.

Larry Andrew Spence was arrested early Friday afternoon.

Midland Police say he and two others sold manufactured homes, even though they didn't have the proper license to do so.

The three allegedly ran the scam through Sun Valley Affordable Homes, and never gave home buyers the titles to their property.

Warrants are out for Charles Gilmore and Charles Sprayberry as well.
