There's a new candidate running for governor in the Lone Star State, and she stopped by Big 2's studios today.
Kathie Glass will be running on the Libertarian ticket. Glass was born in Georgia, but has lived in Texas since the 1970s. She says she loves the Lone Star State, and is ready to help make some much-needed improvements. Her platform involves a five-point Lone Star Plan,
"We need another choice [for governor]," Glass told Big 2."We need a choice for less government, more freedom, for a sovereign Texas, for a secure border, for lower taxes, and we weren't going to get any of that with any other candidate, so that's why I decided to run."
Glass said the campaign trail has been hectic and exhausting, but it's also been very fun.
