A three car accident closed down part of Highway 80 between Midland and Odessa Tuesday night.
The crash happened where Highway 80 meets County Road 1290, west of Midland International Airport. An SUV was t-boned in the accident and took the worst of the damage. It blocked the westbound lanes of the highway.
Midland County Sheriff's Deputies closed the road and traffic was diverted onto the frontage road.
An intensive care ambulance was on the scene, but DPS said it does not know the extent of any injuries from that crash at this time.
