A man is behind bars after a botched robbery at a 7 Eleven in Odessa Monday.
Police say Eleacer Huerta Jr. pulled a gun on the clerk at the 7-Eleven on Grant early Monday morning. The crook demanded money and beer, getting more than $80, but he didn't get far.
Police arrested Huerta before he even left the store. He's being held on aggravated robbery and public intoxication charges
