Man Dies While Hiking In Big Bend

A South Carolina man died while hiking at Big Bend National Park.
The National Parks Service says that Richard Bruce Johnson from Columbia, SC was hiking in the Grapevine Hills on Sunday when he became ill.
Park Rangers were transporting him in the park ambulance when he passed away. They tried to resuscitate him, but couldn't bring him back.
