Women Arrested For Drug Use In Park In Midland

    Three Midland women are behind bars after police say they were getting high with four kids in the car.
    Gabriela Ochoa, Samantha Vasquez, and Mayra Lujan were pulled over near Garrett Brown park Friday night, after police say they noticed an odd chemical smell coming out of the car they were in.
    Later, the police found that the smell was  was toluene, a chemical solvent. Police found some bottles full of styrofoam peanuts soaked in the chemical.
    The children were taken to the Midland Memorial E.R. All three women are now facing child endangerment charges.
