Andrews County Looks To Sell Bonds For WCS Disposal Site

    Waste Control Specialists recently saw a lawsuit challenging last year's bond election start to wind down.
   Now, Andrews County is looking at selling the $75 million in bonds that the company needs to start building their low-level radioactive waste disposal site.
   The Andrews County commissioners are starting to look into the specifics for the sale, and it must be approved by the county commissioners. The commissioners plan to take another look on on September 13th.
