Fatal Crash in Crane County

    A woman was killed in a rollover accident in Crane County Monday.
    The crash happened 10 miles south of Interstate 20, on F.M. 1053. Crane deputies responded to the accident around 3:30 pm Monday.
    Investigators told Big 2 that a Ford F150 was headed north on F.M. 1053 when the driver lost control, swerved off the road and rolled over.
    The female passenger in that vehicle passed away in the crash. She was identified as Maria Achondo, 68, of Odessa. The man driving the vehicle was transported to Medical Center Hospital.
