Son of Kermit Police Chief Arrested

    The Kermit police chief's son is behind bars.
    Justin Scott Williams is charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a juvenile. The Odessa American reports Texas Ranger Phillip Breeding investigated the case at the request of the Winkler County Sheriff's Office, who received a call from the victim.According to the report, Williams allegedly used a knife to kidnap a juvenile female and forced her to have sex with him.
    Now, Williams is being held in the Winkler County Jail on $50,000 bond.
