An Odessa teen is behind bars, accused of causing a fatal accident late Wednesday night.
Joshua Keith Delgadillo has been charged with manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid. Police say the crash happened  on Avenida de Mexico and Del Rio in Odessa a little after 11 PM Wednesday.
Jesse Fabian was driving a red pickup south on Del Rio, when police say Delgadillo ran a stop sign and sped into the intersection. That's when the two vehicles collided, and Fabian was thrown from his truck, along with a passenger. Police say that Delgadillo sped off after the accident.
Fabian died from his injuries. Later on, Delgadillo went back to the accident site and was arrested.
