There's some new information out on the pedestrian accident in Midland that Big 2 reported Thursday night.
Midland Police responded to the accident at Midland drive and Wadley around 9 PM Thursday evening.
Authorities say that 40 year-old Charles Pawlowski was crossing the street on the west side of the intersection when he was hit by a 2006 Toyota Prius. Police add that the driver of the Prius didn't see Pawlowski, who was crossing the road illegally.
Pawlowski was flown to a Lubbock hospital and is currently listed in stable condition. At this point in the investigation, no one is being charged.
